We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within one or two business days. Domestic shipping is by Australia post. Orders ship from NSW and should arrive within 3 to 6 business days for Regular Post. Return postage for refunds or exchanges is at the customers cost unless the goods are faulty.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase but if you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact us. Unused items can be returned within 30 days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return items in original condition; please ensure proper packaging.  Once your items are returned for refund or exchange, please note that it may take up to a week to process.   We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is returned in a non-sellable condition.  If your purchase is damaged please contact us first before returning the goods.
